The Barn 305

The Barn 305 is a beautiful outdoor event venue. It is a one-of-a-kind destination for outdoor ceremonies and receptions with over 10 acres of land filled with waterfalls, ponds, gardens, giant trees, islands, wooden bridges, and many photography spots for day and night photo sessions.  We offer a combination of rustic and state-of-the-art facilities, with its second-floor bridal suite overlooking one of our ceremony and reception areas.  With its serene setting and natural ambiance, the venue provides you with all the amenities you require to make your event a memorable one.  The venue has a capacity of up to 400 guests with over 200,000 square ft of parking inside the property.  The Barn 305 is so distinct with its natural beauty that we can guarantee to wow your guests!
