Rachel and Josh may call New York and New Jersey home, but their love story began in Miami! To say “I do” there just felt like the right decision. With the ocean as their backdrop, a glowing sunset overhead, and loved ones traveling from near and far, their wedding weekend was a heartfelt celebration of love, tradition, and the place that brought them together.

With so many guests flying in from out of state, the couple wanted to create an experience that felt special and welcoming. Miami delivered in every way, from the spectacular weather to the golden hour sunset that perfectly mirrored their thoughtfully chosen color palette. Inspired by warm sunset tones, Rachel and Josh leaned into a romantic blend of soft pinks, corals, peaches, and hints of sunset orange, setting the stage for a celebration rooted in joy and intention.

Bringing that vision to life was Petal Productions, whose floral design became a defining element of the day. Ombre floral installations flowed seamlessly through the celebration, echoing the natural progression of the sky as day turned to night. Each arrangement was elevated, artfully layered, and beautifully designed.

The wedding weekend began the night before with a lively rehearsal dinner held at the very same location as the ceremony. Set against the beach, the Friday night celebration was relaxed, fun, and effortlessly chic. Guests dressed in white, creating a cohesive and celebratory atmosphere that felt like the perfect prelude to the main event. It was a joyful gathering that allowed everyone to settle in, reconnect, and soak up the energy of the weekend ahead.

Saturday unfolded with meaningful Jewish traditions that honored the couple’s heritage and their shared values. Prior to the ceremony, Rachel and Josh participated in a tisch and bedeken, intimate moments rich with symbolism and emotion. Their ceremony was led by a rabbi from Temple Beth Am in Miami, the very place where their story began—adding another layer of significance to the day. Deeply traditional and filled with heart, the ceremony beautifully balanced reverence with celebration.

Before walking down the aisle, Rachel and Josh shared a quiet, private moment together, exchanging personal vows overlooking the ocean. With waves crashing below and the horizon stretching endlessly ahead, it was a pause in the day that belonged to just the two of them.

Rachel wore her dream wedding dress, timeless and elegant, while Josh added a deeply personal touch with a custom white dinner jacket. Inside, stitched discreetly, was their wedding date—a subtle detail that reflected the care and thought woven throughout every part of the celebration.

As the sun began to set and the sky filled with warm, glowing color, the ceremony naturally flowed into the reception. Their wedding planner, Sharon Goldman Events, shared that her main goal was to give the bride the sunset she dreamed of, even after night fell. The Spiegel’s round chuppah, designed in soft sunset ombré tones, became a beautiful focal point for the evening and one of the planner’s favorite elements to bring to life, along with the custom invitation suite, all created to keep that sunset feeling present throughout the night.

At its heart, Rachel and Josh’s wedding was about one simple, powerful theme: celebrating love. Love for each other, love for family and friends who traveled from afar, love for tradition, and love for the city that brought them together.

From the beachy rehearsal dinner to the deeply meaningful ceremony and sunset-soaked celebration, their Miami wedding was not just a destination—it was a full-circle moment. One that honored where their story began!
