We sat down with Anna to learn more about her journey, her insider knowledge, and what makes her approach to wedding planning so unique.

From New York to Miami

Before making the move to Miami, Anna spent 12 years sharpening her skills in New York’s fast paced hospitality and event industry. She has done everything from managing high end private dining to serving as a lead event manager at a premier Queens operation with a 1,000-person capacity.

“I was running all of the behind-the-scenes operations for around 250 events a year. I was handling logistics, floor plans, vendor standards, and client details. Living through high volume, high stress environments taught me how to handle short timelines and work under pressure without breaking a sweat.”

Seeking a new chapter and drawn to South Florida’s vibrant destination wedding culture, Anna relocated to Miami. Leveraging her extensive network—which even landed her a role organizing a high-profile Stanley Cup event in 2024—she quickly established deep roots with reliable local vendors like MPE Event Group. Today, she carefully curates her vendor recommendations to ensure every client gets a team that is 100% dependable.
