Bill & Dilia’s Iconic Miami Wedding

When two Miami wedding industry legends get married, you know the celebration is going to be one for the books. Bill and Dilia’s wedding brought together some of the best names in the South Florida event world for a celebration that was equal parts stylish, personal, and seriously fun. Held at the historic Coral Gables Golf & Country Club, the wedding transformed the already beautiful venue into a lush experience centered around the color green. The historic Coral Gables landmark, originally built in 1922 and restored as an event venue, provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration that felt timeless while still being completely modern.

The design was all about embracing one color and doing it big. Shades of green flowed throughout the celebration, creating a cohesive visual experience.

From the tablescape and rentals to the overall reception design, the green palette brought an effortlessly chic energy to the day. Rather than feeling overly matched, the different shades, textures, and details gave the monochromatic look dimension and personality.

And, of course, a wedding this iconic needed a guest experience to match.

One of the standout guest experiences was the Monochromatic Experience, a Miami photo booth experience that gave guests another way to interact with the celebration. Beyond simply taking a photo, it became part of the entertainment, and a fun way for friends and family to get in on the action.

Because when the wedding is this good, you might as well give your guests a reason to get in front of the camera.

And speaking of cameras, La Vie Studios for captured the day perfectly. The photography brought the energy, emotion, and details of this celebration to life, documenting everything from the big-picture design moments to the candid memories that made the wedding feel so personal.

It was only fitting that Bill’s own company, Bill Hansen Catering & Event Production, played a major role in the celebration.

Helping bring the vision to life was Elements and Accents Event Rentals, whose rentals and design details helped turn the Coral Gables space into the lush green setting guests experienced throughout the evening.

Every element worked together to create a celebration that felt polished without losing its sense of fun. It was the kind of design where you could tell that every detail had been considered—and yet, the overall effect felt completely effortless.

And the coffee moment didn’t stop there. As the night continued, Aroma Espresso Coffee Cart kept the party fueled with a late-night coffee experience. Bringing an espresso bar into the reception is one of those details guests don’t forget, especially after a night of dancing. It’s practical, it’s delicious, and honestly, it’s the perfect way to keep everyone going when the dance floor is still calling.
