The Wedding Celebrations

Natalie shared some thoughtful advice for couples planning their big day: “Not everything will go exactly as planned, and that’s okay. Staying flexible and truly present made the day even more special.” One thing she found especially helpful was taking the time to connect with each of their vendors beforehand. Building those relationships not only made the planning process smoother, but also added a personal touch that made the day feel even more special.

When it came to picking a favorite vendor, they simply couldn’t choose. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Their day ran seamlessly thanks to the expert coordination of the two wedding planners, Sari Sosa Events and Weddings and Events by Avo K., who brought everything together flawlessly.

MPE Event Group was nothing short of spectacular, bringing the couple’s vision to life with every detail. From the stunning silver acrylic elevated aisle runner and violinist stage platforms to the custom seating chart, stage and floor wraps, and personalized menus—every element was flawlessly executed. Elements & Accents Event Rentals provided additional decor and rentals to this beautiful wedding day. Both of their work combined, transformed the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Residences into an unforgettable, immersive experience from start to finish.

This wedding was a true floral lover’s dream. Aura Design brought the couple’s vision to life with breathtaking blooms at every turn. From the flowers lining the mirrored aisle for Natalie’s grand entrance to the lush florals cascading over their six-tier wedding cake, it’s clear that stunning florals were at the heart of their vision.

Over the Top Rental Linens helped set the tone for the day with their cozy-chic textures, beautifully tying together the elegant vibe from the ceremony to the reception.

Take note of the incredible live performers featured throughout the day—each adding unforgettable moments of talent and elegance that left guests completely in awe. From the violinists and string quartets to the smooth sounds of the saxophone, every performance elevated the atmosphere. After all, who wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle to the sound of live violin music right beside them?
