Wed Society Miami 2026 Magazine Release Party

Hosted at Coral Gables Country Club, our 2026 magazine release brought together wedding professionals from across South Florida for an evening of great food, entertainment, thoughtful details, and plenty of time to celebrate another year of beautiful weddings. Every part of the evening was designed to feel like a true reflection of the Miami wedding community.

Destination Miami Themed

This year’s celebration was themed “Destination Miami”, a nod to the incredible mix of cultures, heritages, and traditions represented throughout the 2026 Wed Society Miami Book of Weddings. Inside the pages of this year’s magazine, you’ll find couples from so many different backgrounds and cultures who each brought their own traditions, stories, and personalities to their wedding days, all while choosing Miami as the place to celebrate their love. That blend of cultures is such a beautiful reflection of what makes Miami unique, and we wanted to bring that same spirit to life throughout our magazine release celebration. From the decor to the food, entertainment, and guest experiences, every detail was designed to feel like a celebration of Miami and the many places, cultures, and traditions that make this city so special.

Show Stopping Decor

Our incredible team of event sponsors brought the celebration to life. A huge thank you to the entire team at Sammy Socials Events. From the very beginning, they poured so much time, thought, and creativity into planning the evening. They took all of our ideas, helped bring them to life, and somehow made the final result even better than we imagined. Every detail throughout the space was a testament to their hard work and creativity.

Sugar Free Studio captured the evening through both photography and videography. From all of the big moments to the little details, we know we’ll be able to look back on these memories long after the event, and we are so grateful to have had them there to document it all.

Memory Hotline was on content duty, capturing moments throughout the celebration that will continue to live on across social media. From behind the scenes moments to all of the little details and fun throughout the evening, they made sure there was plenty of content to remember the night by.

Of course, we have to talk about the food and drinks!

Puff ’n Stuff Catering helped us bring our Destination Miami theme to the table with a menu inspired by some of the different cultures represented throughout this year’s magazine. It was such a fun way to incorporate the theme into the evening while giving our guests an incredible dining experience.

Lucky 9 Bar kept the drinks flowing and the bar lively throughout the night. We were also excited to have Ernesto behind the bar, who is the owner of Terrace Miami Rooftop in Little Havana. If you’re looking for a unique Miami venue for an engagement party or intimate wedding, Terrace Miami is definitely one to keep on your radar.

And we couldn’t forget dessert! Crepe Maker brought in a fun and delicious crepe experience for our guests, giving everyone something sweet to enjoy throughout the evening. It was also a slight nod to the French culture represented in this year’s magazine.

Moving into the decor, Contempo Linens and Event Rentals provided all of the chairs and beautiful linens throughout the event. These linens were actually brand new, so we were especially excited to have the chance to showcase them at the celebration.

Pialisa provided all of the gorgeous tabletop rentals throughout the event, adding another layer of detail to each of the tables.

Mi Vintage brought in the lounge furniture and accent decor throughout the space, helping create those relaxed, colorful moments that really brought our Destination Miami theme to life.

Our florals from Miami Centerpieces added beautiful pops of color throughout the event and helped tie all of the different design elements together. We also brought in additional tropical greenery from The Jungle Design, adding even more of that lush, unmistakably Miami feel throughout the space.

MPE Event Group handled all of our custom signage for the evening, bringing our branding and Destination Miami theme into the details throughout the venue.

Olive & Stone Productions provided the gorgeous draping seen throughout the room. It completely transformed the space and added such a beautiful element to the overall design.

Sobe Booths also brought the fun with our photo booth experience, but with a little twist. Instead of traditional photo strips, guests could take home custom luggage tags, which felt like the perfect addition to our Destination Miami theme.

Infinity Sound Production provided the lighting throughout the evening, helping create the atmosphere and bringing all of the different design elements together.

Celebrity Entertainment brought the entertainment factor with live musicians stationed throughout the room, sometimes interacting with and roaming through the crowd. It added such a fun element to the evening and kept guests engaged throughout the celebration.

From the decor to the entertainment, every element played a part in creating the atmosphere we envisioned for our 2026 magazine release. Together, our incredible vendor team brought Destination Miami to life and helped us celebrate the cultures, stories, and people represented throughout this year’s Book of Weddings.
