The very first Wed Society | Miami Book of Weddings Release Event was an unforgettable celebration of creativity, passion, and collaboration—everything that defines the Miami wedding community. What a fun new tradition for our city’s wedding pros to look forward to each year!
Setting the Scene
Hosted at the gorgeous Grayson Hotel in downtown Miami, the evening unfolded in an atmosphere that was as stylish as it was welcoming. Our incredible team of sponsors came together to create a setting that felt uniquely Miami and perfectly fitting for our magazine release party.
Guests were welcomed by the delicate notes of Harpist Karina, whose all white ensemble matched the night’s chic dress code and set an elegant tone. As more attendees arrived, Rainbow Circus added a whimsical touch with a performer on towering stilts in her all white outfit—an early hint of the all white outfit theme that carried through the night.
Show Stopping Decor
Each table was draped in gorgeous linens from Over The Top Rental Linens and adorned with lush arrangements by Miami Centerpieces. Eye catching pieces from Sea Life Centerpieces complete with live clownfish, seahorses, and starfish—added a unique Miami touch that guests absolutely loved.
Bold, vibrant signage by MPE Event Group greeted everyone at the entrance, from a dramatic floor wrap to a statement backdrop. Their creativity shone especially bright around the bar, where “Vows That Wow Martini” signs and decor invited guests to sip a custom cocktail while browsing our favorite wedding features from the new magazine that would soon be in their hands!
Music, Style & Interactive Fun
AJ the DJ kept the energy high with music and lively emceeing, while Mi Vintage furnished the space with elegant pieces that tied the look together. One of the night’s biggest hits? The GlamBot from Dipp PhotoBooth, which took the traditional photo booth to an entirely new level of glitz & fun.
Stepping outside, guests discovered Miami Cigar Entertainment, where a master roller crafted cigars on the spot. This was such an unforgettable hands on experience.
Culinary Highlights & Fashion Moments
The buzz only grew once the food was ready to be served. Every bite from Chef Augusto of Senses & Spice Catering was a crowd favorite. (Yes, he’s the private chef for soccer legend Messi!) Guests were thrilled to meet him and savor his creations.
For everyone with a sweet tooth like us, Cloud 9 Bakery presented the most delightful desserts. The treats were all as beautiful as they were delicious, and the perfect finish to a night of celebration.
The evening’s grand finale was a runway showcase by La Rêverie Bridal. One by one, models glided down the runway in breathtaking gowns, each look earning its own round of applause.

Throughout the night, La Vie Studios captured every detail, ensuring the memories live on long after the last toast. And at the heart of it all was Tiffany of MOD Events, whose expert planning brought our vision to life and exceeded every expectation. We truly can’t thank her enough.
This inaugural magazine release was more than a launch, it was a celebration of the talent, style, and spirit that make Miami weddings extraordinary. We’re already counting the days until next year!
